Returns and Refunds

We are proud of the quality of our products and want to make sure you are satisfied. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your unopened products for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. If the seal on the product has been broken, it will not be possible to return the item because of the risk of contamination.

Please note - Due to the nature of our product, Sea Moss Gel is a perishable item and cannot be returned once it has been delivered.

However, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

  • Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Photographic evidence may be required to process replacements or refunds.

  • We are unable to accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or improperly stored after delivery.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using insured/trackable mail for these types of returns, as we are not responsible for item(s) that do not make it back to us. Shipping costs are non​-refundable.

If you are returning an item because it is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the cost of sending the replacement back to you and provide you with a returns label to send the item back to us.

Once your return is received, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If the return is approved, you will receive your refund within 7 working days. We will use the original form of payment method you used when you purchased the item(s).

If 30 days have passed since your purchase was shipped, we apologise, but we cannot accept the item(s) for a return. In the event you return the items to us outside the 30-day return policy, upon request, the item(s) can be returned to the purchaser. It will be the responsibility of the purchaser to provide a return label, and the associated shipping costs will be your responsibility; otherwise, the product(s) will be destroyed. We recommend using insured/trackable mail for these types of returns, as we are not responsible for item(s) that do not make it back to us.
